Remembrance Day Assembly
Thank you to Constable Smits and Legionnaires, Norma Reid and Jack Perry, for joining us in our annual Remembrance Day assembly.
We began our assembly with a song called "Pittance of Time," where we began to think about our veterans and how some fought and some died for our wonderful country, Canada.
Our choir sang, "In Flander's Field" and then three of our Grade Five students, Dee, Kenny and Grace, shared some important facts about wartime and our freedom.
